科技金融生态体系建设的政策支持研究
Research on Policy Support for the Construction of Sci-tech Financial Ecosystem

Abstract
The vigorous development of science and technology finance has become an important pillar of building an innovative country.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out that it is necessary to systematically build a scientific and technological financial ecosystem,and its practical significance cannot be ignored.This study takes China's technology finance ecosystem as the object,analyzes from the core dimensions of participants,technology drivers and future trends,and provides theoretical basis and practical reference for policy formulation.The study found that although the current policy has played a certain supporting role in the construction of the technology financial ecosystem,there is still room for im-provement in the accuracy and effectiveness.To this end,this study proposes four policy support paths to enhance the perfec-tion of the technological financial ecosystem:first,optimize the regulatory framework and legislation to form a stable and for-ward-looking institutional foundation;Second,strengthen the privacy protection and risk prevention and control mechanism,improve the security and transparency of the system,and promote the modernization of the overall governance capacity;Third,promote cross-border collaboration and information sharing,and realize efficient integration of resources through innovative linkage;Fourth,pay attention to education reform and professional personnel training,build a multi-level,professional talent echelon,and inject long-term development momentum into the ecosystem.By combining policy practice and theoretical analy-sis,this paper provides systematic support for the construction of a safe,efficient and open sci-tech financial ecosystem,and strives to promote its sustainable development in multiple dimensions.关键词
