The Relationship Between Perceived Stress and College Freshmen's Sense of Gain:the Chain Mediating Effect of Cognitive Reappraisal and Meaning in Life
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain,and to ex-plore the chain mediating role of cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life,1071 college freshmen's are surveyed using the Per-ceived Stress Scale,the Cognitive Reappraisal Scale,the Meaning in Life Scale,and the Sense of Gain.The results show that:(1)perceived stress is significantly negative associated with college freshmen's sense of gain;(2)cognitive reappraisal mediates the relationship between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(3)meaning in life mediates the relationship be-tween perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain;(4)cognitive reappraisal and meaning in life play a chain mediating role between perceived stress and college freshmen's sense of gain.This study enriches the research results of college freshmen's sense of gain,and it is a great of significance for improving college freshmen's sense of gain.关键词
