Potential Risks in the Development of Low-altitude Economy and Their Response
摘要
Abstract
Low-altitude economy is a comprehensive economic form with low-altitude flight activities as the core and various low-altitude aircraft as the carrier,which radiates and drives the integrated development of low-altitude related industries.Its application scenarios cover emergency rescue,agricultural and forestry operations,drone delivery,urban air traffic and low-altitude tourism.Low-altitude economy is a typical emerging industry with obvious new quality productivity characteristics.It is also an important direction for China to cultivate new development momentum.However,low-altitude economy also faces a series of potential risks that hinder its development,mainly including security risks,data leakage risks,liability risks and various derivative risks.In order to effectively deal with the above risks,it is necessary to promote high-level legislation in the field of low-altitude economy,improve the low-altitude airspace management system,strengthen the construction of low-altitude infrastructure,establish a categorized response mechanism for common low-altitude risks,and escort the healthy development of low-altitude economy with institutional advantages.关键词
