超声下可视化针刀治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Visualized Needle Knife Under Ultrasound in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of visualized needle knife under ultrasound in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 76 KOA patients admitted to our rehabilitation center from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional small needle knife,while the study group was treated with visualized needle knife under ultrasound.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC),and Lequesne Index scores were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the VAS,Lequesne index,and WOMAC scores between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the VAS,Lequesne index,and WOMAC scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the VAS,Lequesne index,and WOMAC scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Visualized needle knife under ultrasound in the treatment of KOA has significant clinical effect,and can effectively alleviate the pain degree and improve the functional impairment of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.关键词
