微通道单孔腹腔镜术与传统腹腔镜肌瘤术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果比较
Comparison on the Effect of Microchannel Single-Port Iaparoscopy and Traditional Laparoscopic Leiomyomectomy in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effects of microchannel single-port laparoscopy and traditional laparoscopic leiomyomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 110 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from May 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(n=49,treated with microchannel single-port laparoscopy)and the reference group(n=51,treated with traditional laparoscopic leiomyomectomy)according to different surgical methods.The perioperative related indexes,postoperative pain degree,inflammatory reaction,ovarian reserve function,complications during hospitalization and recurrence during 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the reference group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the reference group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).The VAS scores at 12 h,24 h,and 72 h after surgery in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum IL-6 and IL-2 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group at 72 h after surgery(P＜0.05).The levels of serum FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the reference group at 1 month after surgery,and the level of serum E2 was higher than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications during hospitalization and the recurrence rate during follow-up in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional laparoscopic leiomyomectomy,microchannel single-port laparoscopy can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with uterine fibroids,alleviate the postoperative pain of the patients,reduce the inflammatory response and the degree of impaired ovarian reserve function of patients,and reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence of patients with higher safety.关键词
