Clinical Effect of Budesonide Assisted Nasal Endoscopic Surgery in the Treat-ment of Nasosinusitis Complicated with Nasal Polyps and the Impact on Nasal Ventilation Function

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps and the impact on nasal ventilation function.Methods 52 patients with nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery,while the observation group was treated with budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,nasal ventilation function,nasal olfactory function,nasal symptom score,and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.15％vs.76.92％),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(0.00％vs.15.38％),with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(19.23％vs.15.38％)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the NAR and DCAN of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the NCV was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the T,D,and I scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the nasal symptom scores were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Budesonide assisted nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasosinusitis complicated with nasal polyps has significant effect,which can improve the nasal symptoms,nasal ventilation function,and nasal olfactory function,and reduce the disease recurrence rate.关键词
