Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of low-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus combined with thunder fire moxibustion on postpartum uterine involution and uterine contraction pain of natural childbirth women.Methods 62 cases of parturients with natural childbirth from May 2021 to May 2024 in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=31,treated with low-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus)and observation group(n=31,treated with thunder fire moxibustion combined with low-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus).Both groups were treated for 2 days.The uterine involution,uterine contraction pain,breast comfort and lactation were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bloody lochia in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the height of the uterine fundus was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 2 h,6 h and 24 h postpartum were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);the breast comfort of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05);the lactation volume of the observation group(320.07±115.86)mL was higher than that of the control group(260.21±100.33)mL,and the onset time of lactation of the observation group(21.04±1.33)h was shorter than that of the control group(25.01±2.73)h(P＜0.05);the pure breastfeeding rate of the observation group was 61.29％,higher than 29.03％of the control group,and the artificial feeding rate of 6.45％was lower than 29.03％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Low-frequency pulse therapeutic apparatus combined with thunder fire moxibustion can promote uterine involution,reduce uterine contraction pain,improve breast comfort,promote lactation,and effectively improve the rate of pure breastfeeding.关键词
