摘要

Abstract

To investigate the mechanical and sealing properties of metallic C-ring for reactor pressure vessels,this study employed finite element analysis(FEA)to simulate their behavior and validated the model accuracy and reliability through experimental comparisons.Based on this,the effects of temperature and material parameters on the compression-rebound characteristic curves,rebound ratio,contact pressure,and contact width of the C-ring were systematically analyzed.The results indicate that the compression-rebound performance and sealing capability of the C-ring under high-temperature conditions are inferior to those under ambient conditions.Furthermore,the material composition of different sections of the sealing ring significantly influences its mechanical and sealing performance.An optimized material combination is proposed,offering enhanced performance for practical engineering applications of C-ring.
