摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of product welding and in-service non-destructive testing of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel caused by special weld structure,limited welding space and poor environment,large number and thickness of welds,high requirements for non-destructive acceptance of welds,and long welding cycle.The development test of multi-station collaborative all-position mechanical TIG welding remote control process for large thickness low alloy steel welds for nuclear power was carried out,and the welding process was evaluated according to the requirements of NB/T 20002.3-2013 standard and technical conditions,and the physical and chemical properties test results all met the requirements of the indicators.The results show that the technology has been successfully applied to several narrow space welds of a nuclear reactor pressure vessel,and the welding efficiency has been increased to 6 times of the transverse welding position,and the pass rate of VT,MT,UT,RT non-destructive testing of welds has reached 100%.The development and application of this process provide reference for solving the welding problems existing in the pressure vessel of a nuclear reactor.
