对水资源承载能力评价分析—以瓜州县为例
Evaluation and Analysis of Water Resources Carrying Capacity-A Case Study of Guazhou County
摘要
Abstract
To objectively evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of Guazhou County in Jiuquan City,this study establishes an evaluation system comprising two key elements(water quantity and quality)and four indicators.Based on data from the Third Gansu Provincial Water Resources Survey and Evaluation Report and the Comprehensive Plan for Rational Utilization of Dunhuang Water Resources and Ecological Protection,including current water resources status,utilization levels,and water resource volumes,the research adopts the evaluation methodology outlined in the Technical Outline for Establishing a National Water Resources Carrying Capacity Monitoring and Early Warning Mechanism.Tailoring the evaluation approach to Guazhou's specific hydrological conditions,the paper concludes with assessment findings,analyzes causes of overexploitation,and projects future development trends.关键词
