Abstract
This paper evaluates the current situation of water resources in Xinjiang region and explores the relevant issues of water resource planning balance.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation of water resources in Xinjiang,it was found that the total amount of water resources in Xinjiang is very limited,and the distribution of surface water and groundwater resources is also very uneven.In addition,the utilization rate of water resources is relatively low,and there is a situation of waste and abuse.Therefore,in order to ensure the economic and social development and ecological environment security of Xinjiang region,a series of water resources planning measures should be taken.The paper also explores how to achieve planning balance of water resources from different perspectives and puts forward some constructive suggestions.关键词
