Abstract
The waterproof level of a shallow buried super large section data tunnel is level one,requiring the tunnel to be dry and free of water.The secondary lining is waterproof concrete with anti-seepage grade P10,and the concrete structure is mainly self waterproofing.The deformation joints and construction joints are waterproofed with a back mounted waterproof strip and a middle buried waterproof strip.The concrete adopts the"double mixing technology",adding a suitable amount of high-quality fly ash and DMA crack resistant waterproofing agent and other crack resistant additives.The main tunnel adopts double-layer waterproofing technology and has developed a new method and material for laying tunnel waterproofing boards,effectively ensuring the integrity of the waterproofing system.The construction system of process equipment for vertical shaft lining has been innovated,and a specialized sliding mode and concrete pouring material device for rectangular vertical shaft lining in tunnels have been developed,along with their installation methods,which have improved the appearance quality and structural waterproofing quality of the lining.关键词
