Abstract
This article adopts innovative and efficient work methods,and through practical research,identifies effective ways and methods to enhance team cohesion.It proposes a promotion mechanism to enhance team cohesion from four aspects:improving the self-awareness and self-development of team members,enhancing mutual trust and interaction among team members,strengthening the self motivation and self-management abilities of team members,and establishing a institutionalized team cohesion.It also proposes effective methods to enhance team cohesion from three aspects:leadership,team culture atmosphere,and technical means.This provides a certain reference for enterprises to enhance team cohesion and promote employee development.关键词
