摘要

Abstract

At present,the traditional anti-condensation method for water pipelines in hydropower stations uses rubber sponge wrapping,which has problems such as inconvenient disassembly and poor anti condensation effect.The anti-condensation coatings commonly used in the market are ineffective and have not completely solved the problem of condensation on the surface of pipelines.This article introduces the research on condensation in the water pipeline of Nuozhadu Power Station and the treatment methods adopted.It focuses on the research and development,design,and experimental verification of insulation and anti condensation coatings,the matching scheme and practical application of anti-corrosion,insulation,and anti condensation coatings,as well as the key control points for the construction of insulation and anti condensation coatings,providing practical experience for effectively solving the problem of condensation on the surface of water pipelines in hydropower stations.
