玉屏风散抗过敏性鼻炎作用的"量-效"关联活性成分筛选研究
Screening of Active Ingredients Based on the"Quantity-Efficacy"Correlation of the Anti Allergic Rhinitis Effect of Yupingfeng Powder

Abstract
Objective:To screen the main active components of yupingfeng powder in treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:The levels of inflammatory factors IgE,IL-4,IL-5 and IFN-γ in mice were determined by ELISA kit.The contents of calycosin,atractylenolide I,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,and 5-O-methylvisammioside in yupingfeng powder were determined by HPLC.Pearson correlation analysis was performed on the above content results and pharmacody-namic results by SPSS 27.0 software to screen the main active components of yupingfeng powder in the treatment of AR.Results:Pearson correlation analysis showed that calycosin and atractylenolide I were negatively correlated with IL-5,and the correlation coefficients were 0.591 and 0.697,respectively.Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 5-O-methyl-visammioside showed a good positive correlation with IFN-γ,and the correlation coefficients were 0.553 and 0.552,re-spectively.Conclusion:The dose-effect correlation analysis showed that calycosin,atractylenolide I,prim-O-glucosylci-mifugin,and 5-O-methylvisammioside all had a good ability to regulate the level of AR-related inflammatory factors,which may be the active components of yupingfeng powder in the treatment of AR.关键词
