Comprehensive Quality Evaluation of Shenyanshu Tablets Medicinal Materials Based on HPLC-QAMS Multi-Components Quantification Combined with Chemometrics

Abstract
Objective:To establish a simultaneous detection method for the content of 8 components in Shenyanshu Tab-lets,screen the differential markers affecting its quality,and evaluate its quality.Methods:Ultrasonic extraction was performed on 18 batches of Shenyanshu tablets.The extract was detected by high-performance liquid chromatography using the external standard method.Then the relative correction factor with other components was established with pachymic acid as the internal reference.The content of each component was calculated by the mean value of the relative correction factor and compared with the external standard method.The chemical recognition model established the qual-ity evaluation model of Shenyanshu Tablets.Results:When ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,dehydro-tumulosic acid,dehydropachymic acid,pachymic acid,fangchinoline,and tetrandrine were in the 0.42-10.50,1.20-30.00,0.86-21.50,0.59-14.75,0.31-7.75,0.73-18.25,1.55-38.75 and 1.62-40.50 μg/mL(r>0.999),their linear relationships were good.The average recovery was 96.95%-100.21%with the RSDs<2.0%.The relative correction factor has good durability,and no significant difference between the two methods.18 batches of samples were clustered into 3 categories.Pachymic acid,tetrandrine,fangchinoline,and ginsenoside Re may be the main potential markers af-fecting the quality of Shenyanshu tablets.Conclusion:The established HPLC-QAMS multi-index component quantita-tive detection combined with the chemometrics method can be used for the quality evaluation of Shenyanshu Tablets.关键词
