Mechanism of Nipponacmea schrenckii in Response to Cadmium Stress
摘要
Abstract
The RNA-Seq analysis method is applied to investigate the behavioral patterns of Nipponacmea schrenckii in response to Cd2+stress,and to compare the changes in gene expression levels at different Cd2+concentrations(0,0.01,1.0,and 10.0 mg/L).A total of 261 922 unigenes are assembled,and 32.30%of them are annotated in seven commonly used databases.Based on NR annotation,N.schrenckii shares a high degree of homology with Lottia gigantea.A total of 2021 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)are identified in response to Cd2+stress,and 238 of these genes have higher expression levels with the increasing the Cd2+concentration.The CTSL,GST,and GSTO1 genes are found to be relatively sensitive to changes in Cd2+concentration and could be potential bio-marker genes for marine Cd2+pollution.关键词
