Abstract
To explore the roles of TaPSK gene family members in root development,bioinformatics analysis is used to identify their members.Transcriptome data are used to analyze the expression patterns of TaPSK genes in differ-ent tissues of Triticum aestivum as well as chromosomal locations,gene structures,cis acting element predictions.Results as follows:Among the 12 TaPSKgenes,11 belong to the TaPSKgene family,of which TaPSK4 belongs to the PSK superfamily,distributing across nine chromosomes of subgenomes A,B and D.Based on the analysis of RNA-seq data,the expression of 11 TaPSK genes is tissue-specific,with TaPSK3,TaPSK9-11 genes all showing high expression levels at different developmental stages of the root system.10 TaPSK genes expressed in roots are selected from transcriptome data for qRT-PCR verification,and it is found that the above 4 genes are indeed ex-pressed at a higher level in seedling stage roots.Cis acting element analysis identifies that TaPSK gene members play great role in promoting growth and development,responding to stress,and regulating hormones.Results of this study will provide theoretical basis for subsequent in-depth studies on the biological functions related to root devel-opment of TaPSK genes.关键词
