基于CiteSpace的微生物与免疫学基础课程思政研究的可视化分析
Visual Analysis of Curriculum Ideological and Political Research in the Basic Course of Microbiology and Immunology Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current research status,hot issues and future development trends in the field of curriculum ideological and political education in the basic course of microbiology and immunology basis,and to provide reference for future research.Methods The relevant literature in the curriculum ideological and political field of the basic course of microbiology and immunology basis in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)was searched from the establishment of the database to September 20,2023.After format conversion,CiteSpace6.2.R4 bibliometric software was used to visually analyze the publication status,authors,institutions and keywords of the relevant literature.Results A total of 412 articles were selected after the completion of the search.The number of articles on the curriculum ideological and political research of the microbiology and immunology basis in China showed an overall upward trend.There were many articles published on the Chinese Journal of Immunology,Microbiology China and Education and Teaching Forum.The author with the largest number of articles was a team represented by YANG Wei.There was a lack of close contact between the authors and various institutions.Keyword cluster analysis showed that seven clusters were formed.High-frequency keywords were curriculum ideological and political,teaching reform,microbiology,teaching design,ideological and political elements,moral education,ideological and political education,etc.Keyword burst analysis showed that teaching,combination,professional courses,experimental teaching and teaching practice can become the hotspots and trends of ideological and political research in microbiology and immunology basis.Conclusion The number of publications in the field of curriculum ideological and political research on microbiology and immunology basis in China is on the rise,but the quality of publications needs to be improved.The research process is short,and the cooperation network between authors and research institutions is relatively scattered.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the communication and cooperation between authors from different institutions.The research hotspots mainly focus on cases and online teaching.In the past two years,the research hotspots are teaching evaluation,experimental teaching and teaching practice.关键词
