Analysis of Economic Development and Malignant Tumor Spectrum Structure Changes in a City from 2010 to 2021

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between economic development and the change of malignant tumor spectrum structure in a city from 2010 to 2021,and to predict the future incidence trend.Methods The financial data published in the statistical yearbook of a city,and the malignant tumor data in the articles published by the government or published by the center for disease control and prevention of a city were collected.The correlation between the change of financial indicators and the incidence of malignant tumors in the top 10 was analyzed,and the change of tumor incidence was predicted by exponential curve fitting.Results There was a significant positive correlation between the incidence of cancer and the seven financial indicators(P＜0.01).The gross regional product was correlated with prostate cancer,esophageal cancer and thyroid cancer(P＜0.05).The prediction of the total incidence of malignant tumors showed an exponential curve growth,and the exponential curve model of lung cancer,liver cancer and thyroid cancer had a higher fitting degree(P＜0.01).Conclusion The change of tumor incidence in a city shows the common characteristics of economically developed areas and relatively backward areas.The incidence of malignant tumors(except esophageal cancer)is on the rise,which puts forward higher requirements for comprehensive tumor prevention and accurate detection.关键词
