扶正解毒方调理OSF癌症术后的临床效果观察
Clinical Efficacy Observation of Fuzheng Jiedu Formula in Conditioning OSF Cancer After Surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Fuzheng Jiedu Formula on postoperative recovery in patients with oral submucous fibrosis(OSF)cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients requiring traditional Chinese medicine conditioning for postoperative OSF cancer were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine between June and October 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Kang'ai Fuzheng tablets,while the treatment group received Fuzheng Jiedu formula.The therapeutic efficacy,oral symptom scores,levels of serological tumor markers(CEA,CA125),and 5-year recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 6.67%in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores for oral symptoms such as mucosal irritation pain,stiffness,fibrous cords,and mouth opening were lower in both groups than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The serum levels of CEA and CA125 decreased in treatment groups after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Within 5 years,recurrence cases were observed in both groups,with a recurrence rate of 10.00%in the treatment group,which was lower than the 20.00%in the control group.Conclusion Fuzheng Jiedu formula can alleviate the main oral symptoms in patients after OSF cancer surgery,promote physical recovery,reduce the levels of serological tumor markers,and with lower recurrence rate.关键词
