Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of nadroparin calcium injection in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs.Methods A total of 58 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs admitted to the Jiangxi Provincial People's Hospital Jinxian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group(29 patients)and observation group(29 patients)by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine thrombolysis,and the observation group was treated with nadroparin calcium injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,coagulation function[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)],swelling degree of affected limb(thigh circumference difference,calf circumference difference)and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The vascular recanalization rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The PT and APTT indexes of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the PT and APTT indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the thigh circumference difference and calf circumference difference of the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the thigh circumference difference and calf circumference difference of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Nadroparin calcium injection has definite curative effect in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,which can improve the coagulation function of patients,relieve the swelling of affected limbs,and has good safety.关键词
