Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Weisu granules combined with quadruple regimen in the treatment of chronic gastritis with helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods According to the random number table method,totally 60 chronic gastritis patients with Hp infection admitted to Xiushui County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into study group(30 patients)and control group(30 patients).The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with Weisu granules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,Hp eradication rate/recurrence rate,TCM syndrome(epigastric fullness,epigastric pain,acid reflux,loose stool)score,and incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal pain,acid reflux,nausea,flatulence)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 73.33%of the total effective rate of the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P＜0.05).Compared with the Hp eradication rate of 76.67%and the recurrence rate of 26.67%in the control group,the Hp eradication rate of the study group was 96.67%and the recurrence rate was 6.67%,the Hp eradication rate of the study group was higher and the recurrence rate was lower(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp infection,the clinical effect of Weisu granule combined with quadruple regimen is outstanding,which can improve the Hp clearance rate,reduce the TCM symptom score and recurrence rate,and reduce the adverse reactions after medication.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
