Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Qiangxin paste combined with sacubitril valsartan on brain natriuretic peptide level in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 126 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Wuyuan County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 63 patients in each group.All patients were given routine treatment.The control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets on this basis.The study group was treated with Qiangxin paste on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)],serum brain natriuretic peptide level,6 min walking distance,quality of life(physical field,emotional field,other)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The BNP level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Qiangxin paste combined with sacubitril valsartan is effective in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.It can improve the cardiac function and exercise endurance of patients,reduce the level of serum BNP,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
