摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Jinshuibao capsule combined with budesonide,glycopyrronium bromide and formoterol fumarate on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods By using the random number table method A total of 68 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Yiyang County People's Hospital from May 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(34 patients)and study group(34 patients).The control group was treated with budesonide,glycopyrronium bromide and formoterol fumarate,and the study group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,lung function,lung volume,6MWT and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The study group had higher total effective rate than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the study group had better lung function score than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had better lung capacity than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had greater 6MWT than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The study group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of budesonide,glycopyrronium bromide and formoterol fumarate with Jinshuibao capsule has obvious curative effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve the lung function,exercise endurance and lung capacity of patients.It is a safe and effective treatment method and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
