Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Yishen Guben ointment combined with Jinkui Shenqi pill in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 40 patients with bronchial asthma of kidney deficiency type admitted to Anyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Jinkui Shenqi pills,and the study group was treated with Yishen Guben ointment on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,symptom relief time(wheezing sound,cough,lung wet rale,chest tightness),lung function[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)],serum inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8)],TCM syndromes(chest and diaphragm fullness,sputum,cough)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The relief time of symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of lung function indexes in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of lung function indexes in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Yishen Guben ointment combined with Jinkui Shenqi pill is effective in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage of kidney deficiency type,which can quickly relieve the symptoms,improve lung function and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors.关键词
