接纳承诺疗法对青少年心境障碍患者自杀意念的干预研究
Intervention Study of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy on Suicidal Ideation in Adolescent Patients with Mood Disorders

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)on suicidal ideation in adolescents with mood disorders.Methods From January to December 2022,80 adolescent patients with mood disorders who were hospitalized in the Department of Mental Health of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the intervention group was given ACT intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation(PANSI),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Tolerance for Mental Pain Scale-10(TMPS-10)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The total scores of PANSI and SDS in the intervention group were(35.56±3.42)scores and(49.59±3.81)scores,which were lower than(38.72±5.49)scores and(52.98±7.18)scores in the control group(P＜0.05).The total score of TMPS-10 in the intervention group was(40.34±6.67)scores,which was higher than(37.38±4.24)scores in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion ACT can effectively reduce suicidal ideation,relieve depressive symptoms and improve psychological distress tolerance in adolescent patients with mood disorders,thus promoting psychological rehabilitation.关键词
