Nursing Effect of WeChat Health Education in Patients with Upper Urinary Tract Calculi Surgery and its Influence on Disease Cognition Level and Health Behavior

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing effect of WeChat health education in patients with upper urinary tract calculi surgery and its influence on disease cognition level and health behavior.Methods From August 2021 to August 2023,104 patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method,with 52 patients in each group.The reference group implemented the traditional health education model,and the observation group implemented WeChat health education.The nursing satisfaction,self-care ability(self-care responsibility,self-care skills,self-concept),disease cognition level(basic knowledge,etiology,main symptoms,treatment methods),and health behavior status(self-realization,health responsibility,interpersonal relationship,nutrition,exercise and stress management)were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of ESCA in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of basic knowledge,etiology,main symptoms and treatment methods were higher than those in the reference group(P＜0.05).The health behavior level of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of WeChat health education on patients with upper urinary tract calculi surgery is accurate,which can improve their nursing satisfaction,self-care ability,disease cognition level and health behavior.关键词
