Abstract
Objective To study the effect of family members'participation and meticulous nursing intervention on the quality of life and lung function of silicosis patients.Methods Using the random number table method,totally 64 silicosis patients admitted to Ruizhou Hospital of Gao'an City from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into control group(32 patients)and observation group(32 patients).The control group was given meticulous nursing,while the observation group was given family members'participation combined with meticulous nursing intervention.The lung function[forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1),FEV1 percentage of predicted value(FEV1%),maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV)],Borg scale(static state,walking state),quality of life[World Health Organisation quality of life abbreviated scale(WHOQOL-BREF)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the FEV1,FEV1%and MVV of the two groups had increased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the FEV1,FEV1%and MVV of the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).Compared with before nursing,the Borg scale(static state,walking state)scores of the two groups had decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the Borg scale(static state,walking state)score of the observation group was lower(P＜0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF(physiology,psychology,environment and social relations)in the two groups had increased,and compared with the control group,the scores of WHOQOL-BREF(physiology,psychology,environment and social relations)in the observation group were higher(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Family members'participation combined with meticulous nursing intervention can improve the lung function of silicosis patients,relieve their dyspnea symptoms,improve the quality of life,and have higher nursing satisfaction.关键词
