Abstract
Objective To study the nursing effect of emotional nursing combined with painting on patients with emotional disorders and its influence on anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 68 patients with emotional disorders admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,the Third People's Hospital of Ji'an City from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(34 patients)and observation group(34 patients)by random number table method.The control group was given emotional nursing,while the observation group was given emotional nursing combined with painting intervention.The anxiety and depression[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],Self-esteem Scale(SES),the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents(RSCA),mental health problems and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The SES score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and the RSCA score was lower than that before nursing,while the SES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the RSCA score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence and severity of mental health problems in the observation group after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the incidence and severity of mental health problems in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with painting intervention can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with emotional disorders,improve their self-esteem and psychological resilience,reduce the probability and severity of mental health problems,and have higher nursing satisfaction.关键词
