Research Progress on the Correlation Between Hyperuricemia and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
摘要
Abstract
The global prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is increasing,which is closely related to changes in lifestyle and eating habits.Uric acid is an endogenous metabolite.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that there is a close correlation between hyperuricemia and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Based on this,this paper first studies the correlation between hyperuricemia and non-alcoholic fatty liver.Secondly,it expounds the differences in the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with hyperuricemia of different body types and genders.Finally,it focuses on the possible pathological molecular mechanism of hyperuricemia leading to non-alcoholic fatty liver,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.关键词
