摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of different treatments of compound enzymes and urea on the fermentation quality of corn stover.The trial was divided into 4 treatment groups,with 3 replicates in each group.The control group(CK)was sprayed with clean water,while the ammonification treatment group(Group Ⅰ)consisted of corn stover and 2% urea;Compound enzyme treatment group(Group Ⅱ):corn stover+0.5% compound enzyme;Comprehensive treatment group(Group Ⅲ):corn stover+2% urea+0.5% compound enzyme.The results showed that:the ammonification treatment group(Group Ⅰ)could significantly increase the crude protein content of corn stover;The composite enzyme treatment group(Group Ⅱ)had the best sensory quality of corn stover,significantly reducing the content of neutral and acidic detergent fibers in corn stover;The comprehensive treatment group(Group Ⅲ)can significantly increase the crude protein content of corn stover and significantly reduce the neutral detergent fiber content of corn stover.Overall evaluation shows that the enzyme preparation treatment group(Group Ⅱ)can significantly improve the quality of corn stover,and ammonification treatment,compound enzyme treatment,and comprehensive treatment can all enhance the nutritional value of corn stover.
