红腿陆龟人工孵化的研究
Research on Artificial Incubation of Red-footed Tortoise
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the artificial hatching information of red-footed tortoise turtles,34 red-footed tortoise turtles'eggs from Shanghai Zoo were observed the weight,type index,hatching cycle,and artificial hatching conditions of red-footed turtles from 2018 to 2023.The results showed that the average egg weight were(56.01±4.45)g;The eggs of the red legged tortoise were oval shaped and white,with an average egg type index of 1.12～1.50;The incubation temperature during the entire incubation period was 27～29℃,the humidity is 70%～90%,and the average incubation period was 138.2 days.The total weight loss rate of eggs is 10.28% .16 red-footed turtles were successfully hatched through artificial incubation.关键词
