Abstract
A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the content of dichlorvos in refined dichlorvos powder.Using a silica gel column bonded with octadecylsilane,detection wavelength of 200 nm,mobile phase of water(adjusted to pH 3.0 with 85% phosphoric acid solution)-acetonitrile(85∶15),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the content and peak area of dichlorvos in the concentration range of 0.30～9.00 mg/mL,with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8,an average recovery rate of 100.1%,and RSD of 1.6% .This method is simple,accurate,rapid,and has good reproducibility,and can be used for the identification and content determination of this preparation.关键词
