Abstract
PRRS continues to affect the profitability of pig farms,to explore the duration of viremia and the reduction patterns of N-protein antibodies in pig herds infected with different PRRS strains within our company's system,as well as the correlation between the two,this study selected three groups of pig herds infected with different PRRS strains and monitored PRRS nucleic acid and N-protein antibodies.The first group consisted of aborting pigs,with blood samples taken on days 7,14,and 21 post-infection with NADC30-like strain;the second group consisted of 170-day-old gilts,with blood samples taken on days 21,28,35,and 42 post-vaccination with PRRS modified live vaccine(VR2332);the third group consisted of 170-day-old gilts,with blood samples taken on days 7,14,and 21 post-infection with NADC30-like PRRS.The results showed that in our company's system,viremia in pig herds infected with PRRSV is likely to disappear within 21 days;PRRS N-protein antibodies in pig herds infected with PRRSV first rise rapidly and then decline rapidly,eventually stabilizing or slowly decreasing;when there is a significant downward trend in N-protein antibodies,viremia is likely to disappear.关键词
