摘要

Abstract

Sheep fat can be widely used in human daily life,such as diet,cosmetics,industrial raw materials,etc.Therefore,it is important to understand the molecular mechanism of fat deposition in sheep.As sheep will aggravate the deposition of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat after growing to a certain stage,leading to the decline of feed conversion rate,in order to avoid the deposition of subcutaneous fat and visceral fat with low economic benefits and increase the deposition of intramuscular fat that can enhance the production value of sheep breeding industry,this paper analyzes the effects of variety,gender,nutrition level and different parts on the regulation mechanism of sheep fat deposition,At the same time,the research progress of non coding RNA and KEGG signal pathway that play a key role in regulating fat deposition in sheep was described,so as to provide theoretical basis for analyzing the genetic mechanism of fat deposition in sheep.
