1例犬钩端螺旋体的诊治
Diagnosis and Treatment of a Case of Canine Leptospira
摘要
Abstract
A Schnauzer dog with frequent vomiting and jelly-like diarrhea was transferred to our hospital after poor symptomatic treatment in other hospitals.After examination,it was found that the indexes of blood routine,biochemistry,blood gas,liver and kidney examination were significantly elevated,and there were anuria symptoms of acute renal failure.Combined with imaging and nucleic acid testing,leptospirosis infection was diagnosed.After full communication with the pet owner,antibiotics,hemodialysis and supportive therapy were used to treat the dog.The dog responded well to treatment and was discharged after 21 days of treatment.The article emphasizes that veterinary practitioners and pet owners should be highly vigilant to leptosoma disease,and timely diagnosis and application of correct treatment can effectively improve the cure rate of the disease.关键词
