Abstract
Ensuring the quality and safety of livestock products is not only important to the life and health of the people and the stability of society,but also important to the healthy development of industries such as animal husbandry and meat processing.It is a social project that matters to people's livelihood.However,there are many parts and has a long chain from breeding to marketing,and the factors affecting quality and safety of livestock products are complex,which objectively increases the difficulty of ensuring it.This article sorts out the key risk points that affect the quality and safety of livestock products,and takes Zhejiang Province as an example to summarize the practice and experience in recent years,and puts forward suggestions for improving the quality and safety level of livestock products.关键词
