摘要

Abstract

miRNAs(microRNAs)are small non-coding RNA molecules approximately 21 to 23 nucleotides in length.They primarily regulate target gene expression by binding to the 3′untranslated region(3′UTR)of target mRNA sequences,often suppressing the translation process.Extensive research has demonstrated that miRNAs play crucial regulatory roles in various biological activities.Consequently,developing miRNA detection technologies with high specificity and sensitivity has become a critical focus.This review provides a comprehensive overview of current miRNA detection methods,including Northern blot,quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR),fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH),and miRNA sequencing.
