Abstract
Aiming at the problem of excessive nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in farmland around a large pig farm,plant-microbial combined remediation technology was used to control the pollution.A complete biorerepair system was established by screening the combination of strong tolerance,high enrichment ability and rhizosphere growth promoting strains.After 180 days of repair cycle,the total nitrogen in soil decreased by 62.3%,the available phosphorus decreased by 57.8%,the soil enzyme activity increased by 41.2%,and the pH value increased from 4.2 to 6.8.After the restoration,the soil indexes met the requirements of the"Soil Environmental Quality Standard"(GB 15618-2018)Class Ⅱ standard,which verified the practicability of the technology in the control of animal husbandry source pollution.关键词
