Abstract
The Central Committee of the Communist Party has issued guidelines and a series of policies aimed at enhancing the modernization of rural grassroots social governance,strengthening the governance system and capacity at the grassroots level,promoting faster and better rural economic and social development,and reinforcing rural national defense mobilization capabilities.Many veterans maintain their dedication to service even after leaving active duty and actively participate in rural revitalization efforts.While they have achieved remarkable results,they also face numerous challenges.This study utilizes secondary data and interviews to clarify the era's context and practical challenges of empowering rural revitalization through veterans.It offers corresponding policy recommendations from governmental,societal,and individual perspectives,suggesting possible practical pathways to leverage veterans'human resource advantages and advance rural revitalization initiatives.关键词
