羽毛绒产品风险因子及国内外检测标准分析OA

With vigorous development of feather down industry,import and export trade of feather down products has been increasing,gradually bringing the risk of quality.In order to comprehensively assess the safety risk of feather down products in China,and to optimize testing standard system,the potential risk factors were analyzed from three dimensions including microbial contamination(bacteria,viruses),physical impurity contamination(raw material impurities,processing dust,heavy metals)and chemical contamination(detergent residues,illegal additives)based on the production process and testing standard of feather down products,and relevant global standards were compared and analyzed.It was investigated that feather down products might be contaminated by microorganisms,physical impurities,chemical residues and other risk factors in the process of production and processing,posing a potential impact on product quality and consumers'health;the items subject to testing under all standards were different to certain extent with respective characteristics,but crude washed feather down was not clearly defined by standard system in China,causing several problems in port inspection.It was recommended to develop a standard system for crude washed feather down in China,and to improve quality control standards for down products,so as to enhance the competitiveness of such products in the international market,protect the health of consumers,and to promote the sustainable development of the industry.
