云南省西双版纳地区茶花鸡后口吸虫的鉴定与遗传进化分析
Identification and Phylogenetic Analysis of Postharmostomum gallinum in Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine the species and phylogenetic relationship of trematodes isolated from caeca of camellia chicken in Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,morphological identification,PCR amplification and sequencing,sequence homology and phylogenetic analysis were conducted for trematodes that were found in practice courses of higher education institutions.The results showed that both the body and egg morphological structure of trematodes were consistent with the characteristics of Postharmostomum gallinum;the ITS2 sequence was 99.26%similarity to Postharmostomum gallinum(MH915391.1),while COX1 sequence was 98.99%to Postharmostomum gallinum(NC_044643.1);and the isolated trematodes were clustered in the same branch as Postharmostomum gallinum.In conclusion,Postharmostomum gallinum had been introduced to Xishuangbanna,which required to strengthen monitoring and regular deworming in poultry flocks in the region.关键词
