From the"Two Imperatives"to the"Three Imperatives":The"Change"and"Invariance"of the Road to Examina-tion in the New Era

Abstract
When the CPC achieved revolutionary victory and went to power nationwide,Comrade Mao Zedong once called on the whole party to practice the"Two Imperatives",which laid the ideological foundation for the CPC members to"go to Beijing for the examination".In the report of the 20th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping issued a great call to all Party comrades to practice the"Three Imperatives",emphasizing that in the new journey of achieving the second centenary goal,the test is always on the road.From the"Two Imperatives"to the"Three Imperatives",from"going to Beijing for the examination"to"the road to examination in the new era",we are facing significant adjustments in historical orientation,era tasks,and practical requirements,including the"change of examination venues",the"change of examination question"and the"change of examination standard".However,what remains invariant is the Communists'historical consciousness of taking history as a mirror,thinking of danger in times of peace,the historical initiative of planning ahead,and the scientific spirit of seeking truth,being pragmatic,and upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground.On the road to the new examination,the whole Party must deeply implement the"Three Imperatives",deepen self revolution,carry forward the spirit of struggle,adhere to the people's position,and continue to deliver outstanding answers that are worthy of the times and the people.关键词
