The Implications of Advancing the Modernization of Chinese-style Rule of Law from a Macro-history View

Abstract
Advancing the modernization of Chinese-style rule of law is not only a systemic guarantee and foundational framework for the comprehensive establishment of a modern and powerful socialist state but also a practical requirement and surrounding condition to realize the goal towards a modern socialist country in all respects.To propel the modernization of Chinese-style rule of law,it is essential to base our efforts on the historical standpoint in the new era,to grasp the historical laws and processes of Chinese-style rule of law modernization with a broader vision and a longer-term perspective,and to fully recognize,explore,and affirm the implications of Chinese-style rule of law modernization from a macro-history view.The advancement of Chinese-style rule of law modernization cannot be realized without its historical ties with the Chinese legal system and the outstanding achievements of traditional Chinese legal culture.It is crucial to correctly handle the historical logical relationship between the modernization of Chinese-style rule of law and the Chinese legal system,to acknowledge and respect the historical value and contemporary significance of the Chinese legal system,and to promote the Chinese legal system to stress the historical background of rule of law construction.The modernization of Chinese-style rule of law should be obtained at different historical development stages of the socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics,emphasizing the absorption of rule of law construction experiences from historical development,and extracting a spirit of rule of law that aligns with socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.It is also important to grasp the historical process of the development of Chinese-style rule of law modernization by fostering a proactive historical spirit.关键词
