The Realistic Logic,Mechanisms and Promotion Pathways of Energy Transition Empowering New Quality Productive Forces under the"Dual Carbon"Goal
摘要
Abstract
The new quality productive forces,while promoting high-quality development in China,also place higher demands on the country's energy development.Under the"dual carbon"goals,energy transition provides strong support and guarantees for the sustainable development of new quality productive forces.Historical industrial revolutions have shown that breaking through energy bottlenecks is a necessary condition for leaps in productivity.Practices from various countries demonstrate that energy security driven by this transition is the cornerstone of productivity development,and the technological innovations during this transition further advance productivity.Accompanying the energy transition under the"dual carbon"goals are breakthroughs in new energy technologies,optimization of energy structures,and the public's increasing demand for low-carbon,green consumption,all of which serve as driving engines for the development of new quality productive forces.Since new quality productive forces are inherently green,their green characteristics deeply align with the energy transition under the"dual carbon"goals,making them an important guide in this process.Moreover,the energy transition under the"dual carbon"goals and new quality productive forces are mutually coupled and influence each other.On the one hand,the energy transition not only lays the foundation for the emergence of new quality productive forces but also directly promotes the innovation of production methods.On the other hand,the digital and intelligent upgrades brought about by new quality productive forces significantly enhance energy efficiency.The path forward requires a comprehensive understanding at a principled level,diligent efforts in institutional development,and the selection of technology innovation routes that fit China's national conditions,so as to promote diverse cooperation and the combination of an active government with an effective market.关键词
