威胁性和剥夺性逆境对青少年进食行为问题的影响:一个有调节的中介模型
The Effect of Threatening and Depriving Adversity on Adolescents'Eating Behavior Problems:A Moderated Mediation Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore.the relationship between threatening and depriving adversity on adolescents'eating behavior problems,as well as the roles of perceived stress and family cohesion in this relationship. Methods:A question-naire survey was conducted with 931 middle school students using the childhood adversity questionnaire, the perceived stress scale, the Dutch eating behavior questionnaire, and the family cohesion and adaptability scale.Results:①Threaten-ing adversity positively predicted eating behavior problems in adolescents.②Perceived stress played a significant mediat-ing role in the relationship between threatening adversity and eating behavior problems, and depriving adversity and eating behavior problems in adolescents,respectively.③In the depriving adversity-perceived stress-eating behavior problem me-diating model, family cohesion moderated the second half of the path of the mediation model.Specifically, the higher the level of family cohesion, the weaker the positive predictive effect of perceived stress on eating behavior problems in adoles-cents.Conclusion:Threatening adversity can directly or indirectly through perceived stress increase the risk of eating be-havior problems in adolescents;depriving adversity can indirectly increase the risk of eating behavior problems in adoles-cents through perceived stress, whereas increasing family cohesion levels can alleviate the effect of perceived stress on ado-lescents'eating behavior problems in the pathway from depriving adversity to eating behavior problems through perceived stress.关键词
