养家动机影响因素的组态分析:基于人-境互动的视角
A Configuration Analysis of Family Motivation:From the Perspective of Person-Situation Interaction

Abstract
Objective:From the perspective of person-situation interaction,this study investigates the multiple concur-rent causal relationships influencing family motivation.Methods:A two-wave questionnaire survey was conducted with an 8-week interval to obtain 340 married employees.Initially,a cross-lagged analysis model was used to examine the influ-ence of situational variable(family functioning)on family motivation.Subsequently,fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analy-sis(fsQCA)was utilized to explore the configurational effects of two individual variables(gender and family-based self-esteem)and three situational variables(presence or absence of children,family financial stress,and family functioning)on family motivation.Results:The cross-lagged model revealed that family functioning positively influences employees'fam-ily motivation.The fsQCA identified two configurations leading to high family motivation(Y1:gen-der*ESTEEM*FINANCE*function;Y2:～GENDER*child*finance*FUNCTION)and three configurations leading to low family motivation(N1:child*～esteem*～FINANCE*～FUNCTION;N2:gender*～esteem*～FINANCE*～FUNCTION;N3:gender*child*～FINANCE*～FUNCTION).Conclusion:Family economic and emotional factors are critical situational driv-ers of family motivation.For men with high family-based self-esteem,economic factors exert stronger motivational effects,whereas emotional factors play a more significant role for women with children.关键词
