A Study on the Indicators for Identifying Obsessive-compulsive Trait of College Graduate Students Based on the Rorschach Inkblot Test

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the validity and index model of the Rorschach inkblot test in the identification of obsessive-compulsive trait in college graduate students.Methods:In this study,the subjects were divided into the positive group(n=35)and the control group(n=35)based on the results of the screening procedure utilizing psychometric scales.Dif-ference test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other methods were used to construct the index model for identify-ing obsessive-compulsive trait of graduate students in colleges and universities based on the Rorschach inkblot test.Re-sults:(1)The positive sample identification accuracy of the Rorschach inkblot test's compulsion index(OBS)was 0,and it could not be used to accurately identify obsessive-compulsive trait in graduate students in colleges and universities.(2)A binary logistic regression model was built with six Rorschach inkblot test variables(Dd、FQ+、SumT、Blends:R、eb、es)as independent variables,and the Fl score of the model to identify obsessive-compulsive trait was 90.14％.Conclusion:The binary logistic regression model based on the Rorschach inkblot test can effectively identify the obsessive-compulsive traits in graduate students of colleges and universities.Compared with traditional screening tools,it has the advantage of being able to distinguish malingering,and can serve as a powerful supplement to psychological assessment and early warning for graduate students in higher education institutions.关键词
