Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil combined with tumescent anesthesia on hemodynamics and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing facial plastic surgery.Methods A total of 113 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in the author's hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected.They were divided into the study group(n=57)and the control group(n=56)by random number table method.The control group was given propofol and sufentanil combined with tumescent anesthesia,while the study group was given dexmedetomidine(Dex)and sufentanil combined with tumescent anesthesia.The two groups were compared in terms of hemodynamic parameters[heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),respiratory rate(RR)and blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)]before anesthesia(T0),at the beginning of tumescent anesthesia(T1),at the beginning of surgery(T2),at 30 min after the beginning of surgery(T3)and at the end of surgery(T4),postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Ramsay sedation score,wake-up time,and awake time.The incidence rates of postoperative adverse reactions in the two groups were calculated.Results There were significant differences in HR,MAP,RR and SpO2 in terms of time effect,inter-group effect and interaction effect(P<0.05).HR,MAP,RR and SpO2 in both groups showed a first decreasing and then increasing trend.At T1,T2 and T3,HR,RR and SpO2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At T1,MAP in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 24 h after surgery,VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and Ramsay score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wake-up time and awake time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.51%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying dexmedetomidine and sufentanil combined with tumescent anesthesia in facial plastic surgery can help maintain hemodynamic stability and improve postoperative recovery,with a low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,which is worthy of recommendation.关键词
